After you’ve purchased your package, we’ll be in touch with you to help you select preferred travel dates for your upcoming vacation.

A confirmed reservation may be rescheduled up to 15 days prior to arrival for a charge of $19.95. Should your plans change within 14 days of your scheduled arrival requiring a change of your reservation dates or arrival date, the equivalent of one night at the currently published rack rate will be applied to the cost of the package.

Your vacation package includes accommodations at either a Hilton Grand Vacations Club resort or a Hilton portfolio hotel chosen for its quality and location.

You will receive your bonus after you've completed your Personal Preview, or sooner if required by law. Please allow six to eight weeks for Hilton Honors™ Points to be deposited into your account. You must be a member of Hilton Honors to earn Honors Points.

During your stay, you'll attend a Personal Preview, an approximately two-hour sales presentation and tour that will introduce you to the many benefits and privileges of vacation ownership with Hilton Grand Vacations Club. The Hilton name is synonymous with a legendary reputation for attentive guest service and high-quality accommodations. You will learn how vacation ownership can enhance your vacation experiences by allowing you the flexibility and freedom to customize your vacations at an attractive, affordable price.

If you are traveling on a vacation package, your Personal Preview will be scheduled when you book your travel dates.

There is absolutely no obligation to purchase a Hilton Grand Vacations Club interest.

We tailor your presentation to your personal vacation interests, so we do not allow group travel.

If you are married or cohabiting and combining income, the couple is required to visit and attend the Personal Preview together, except where prohibited by law.
